Abstract:
The article examines the problem of forming the conceptual space of digital geopolitics as a response to the transformation of traditional determinants of power in the information society. Based on the analysis of Russian and foreign literature, the main approaches to understanding this phenomenon are systematized – from power and infrastructural to civilizational and value-based. The key gaps in the modern academic discussion on this topic have been identified: the problem of actorship in the context of the dominance of multinational corporations, the space-time paradox of the digital environment, and methodological deficits. The result of the work is the structuring of the problem field and the identification of prospects for the development of an interdisciplinary research model of digital geopolitics.
