Abstract (English):
The article is an analytical review of domestic and foreign studies of corporate culture management, which is considered to play an important role in successfully overcoming modern challenges and risks in various fields, including risks of technological and innovative development. The article shows that one of the priority areas of research has become the study of types of corporate organizational culture and their corresponding targeted management strategies aimed at ensuring the sustainability, adaptability and competitiveness of organizations. Change management and the formation of an innovative culture in organizations is becoming another priority of modern research on the management of corporate culture. Corporate communication management is considered as the basis for the successful implementation of innovative changes and the sustainability of the organization in a dynamic environment. The role of modern corporate universities in the management of innovative development is particularly noted. In this context, the importance of research devoted to substantiating the principles and mechanisms of conducting a well-thought-out and consistent policy on the formation of corporate culture, corporate style, promotion of corporate image and reputation is revealed. In the context of active digital transformation, including the field of education, a trend has been identified towards the study of digital corporate culture, which is becoming a competitive advantage today. In this regard, the study of the parameters and indicators of digital corporate culture appears to be an urgent scientific task. The further formation of an empirical base and the development of a theory of corporate culture remain in demand. An analytical review of the scientific literature confirms the gradual formation of an appropriate conceptual and methodological basis for the study of the problem. The aim of the project is to systematize the scientific results of relevant research works, generalize the main conceptual and methodological solutions in the study of problems of corporate innovation culture management, and identify established and promising areas of research. Methodology. The principles of the methodology of the systematic approach were used, qualitative analysis and theoretical generalization were carried out.
