   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Статья представляет собой аналитический обзор отечественных и зарубежных исследований управления корпоративной культурой, которая рассматривается как инструмент, играющий важную роль в успешном преодолении современных вызовов и рисков в различных сферах, включая риски технологического и инновационного развития. &#13;
В статье показано, что одним из приоритетных направлений исследований стало изучение типов корпоративной  организационной культуры и соответствующих им целевых стратегий управления, направленных на обеспечение устойчивости, адаптивности и конкурентоспособности организаций. &#13;
Управление изменениями и формирование инновационной культуры в организациях становится еще одним приоритетом современных исследований по проблематике управления корпоративной культурой. Управление корпоративной коммуникацией рассматривается в качестве основы успешного внедрения инновационных изменений и устойчивости организации в динамичных условиях и условиях неопределенности.&#13;
Особо отмечена роль в управлении инновационным развитием современных корпоративных университетов. В этом контексте раскрыто значение исследований, посвященных обоснованию принципов и механизмов проведения продуманной и последовательной политики по формированию корпоративной культуры, корпоративного стиля, продвижению корпоративного имиджа и репутации.&#13;
В условиях активной цифровой трансформации, включая сферу образования, выявлена тенденция к исследованию цифровой корпоративной культуры, которая сегодня становится конкурентным преимуществом. Изучение параметров и индикаторов цифровой корпоративной культуры предстает в этой связи актуальной научной задачей.&#13;
Остаются востребованными дальнейшее формирование эмпирической базы и разработка теории корпоративной культуры. Аналитический обзор научной литературы подтверждает постепенное формирование соответствующей концептуальной и методологической базы исследования проблемы. &#13;
Цель проекта состоит в систематизации научных результатов соответствующих исследовательских работ, обобщении основных концептуальных и методологических решений в исследовании проблем управления корпоративной инновационной культурой, определении сложившихся и перспективных направлений исследования.&#13;
Методология. Использованы принципы методологии системного подхода, проведены качественный анализ, теоретическое обобщение.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article is an analytical review of domestic and foreign studies of corporate culture management, which is considered to play an important role in successfully overcoming modern challenges and risks in various fields, including risks of technological and innovative development.&#13;
 The article shows that one of the priority areas of research has become the study of types of corporate organizational culture and their corresponding targeted management strategies aimed at ensuring the sustainability, adaptability and competitiveness of organizations.&#13;
 Change management and the formation of an innovative culture in organizations is becoming another priority of modern research on the management of corporate culture. Corporate communication management is considered as the basis for the successful implementation of innovative changes and the sustainability of the organization in a dynamic environment. &#13;
The role of modern corporate universities in the management of innovative development is particularly noted. In this context, the importance of research devoted to substantiating the principles and mechanisms of conducting a well-thought-out and consistent policy on the formation of corporate culture, corporate style, promotion of corporate image and reputation is revealed.&#13;
 In the context of active digital transformation, including the field of education, a trend has been identified towards the study of digital corporate culture, which is becoming a competitive advantage today. In this regard, the study of the parameters and indicators of digital corporate culture appears to be an urgent scientific task. &#13;
The further formation of an empirical base and the development of a theory of corporate culture remain in demand. An analytical review of the scientific literature confirms the gradual formation of an appropriate conceptual and methodological basis for the study of the problem.&#13;
The aim of the project is to systematize the scientific results of relevant research works, generalize the main conceptual and methodological solutions in the study of problems of corporate innovation culture management, and identify established and promising areas of research.&#13;
 Methodology. The principles of the methodology of the systematic approach were used, qualitative analysis and theoretical generalization were carried out.</p>
