This study addresses countering unintentional IT insider activity, understood as actions by operators of automated systems that violate official job regulations as a result of behavioural deviation. This problem is reduced to an optimization problem, for which the authors have previously proposed an analytical model and a hybrid method for solving it. To enable their practical application, a corresponding software tool was developed; its operating logic and functionality are presented in this article. The following ten user profiles are proposed, reflecting factors and characteristics of behavioural deviation: impaired colour perception, reading difficulties, severe fatigue, experienced user, low vision, working memory impairment, no deviation, stress, time pressure, and ordinary user. A baseline experiment is conducted to enhance the robustness of the operator’s activity regulations in the context of an authorization interface, demonstrating the viability of all the scientific and practical results obtained.
