The article is devoted to a new method of measurement of demographic security of Russia. The accuracy of the measurement corresponds to the statistical precision and annual statistics. A retrospective evaluation of the trajectory of the meter key parameter tables censuses taken prior to the beginning of the twentieth century. The article presents a fundamentally important features of the new method of measurement of demographic security. Made a comparison of the demographic potential to 2030-s Central Russia, Turkey and Turkestan (formerly known as the territory of Central Asia). The article is aimed at those who work to ensure the national security of Russia and those who are interested in the demographic development of countries and regions.
