Abstract (English):
The selection condition of low-frequency carrier used in a satellite communication system for requirements for allowable energetic concealment and the probability of erroneous reception is justified. Under this condition the structural scheme of a satellite communication system with adaptive blocks of low-frequency carrier selection and the parameters of the receiving antenna are developed.
