This is study in two parts. In the first part, it is proposed to analyze the term «Soft Power» using etymological and sociophilosophical approaches. In the second part, using the example of Great Britain, we will look at some elements of the structure of its «soft power». But first, we will analyze how the attitude of British experts towards «soft power» as an instrument of influence in the field of international politics and national security is being transformed. Separately, in this direction, we will highlight the efforts of the British Foreign Policy Group, which promotes the concept of «Making Britain Relevant Again» – an explicit tracing paper from Trump's «MAGA», but with a different content. Further, as the main elements of «Soft Power», we highlighted London's predominant ability to create: networks, councils, programs, foundations, standards, ideology, leadership, and influence groups (clubs, NGOs). In the end, we highlighted that the UK is trying to impose its leadership on the world community, without having the means and new ideas, but only manipulating "loyal supporters" and allies, exploiting its exclusivity and identity many times.
