The paper analyzes the environmental friendliness of the operation of oil-fired boilers operating at railway transport enterprises. Thermotechnical methods for burning liquid fuels are described, which make it possible to reduce emissions of toxic nitrogen oxides with combustion products. Fundamentally new technical solutions have been developed and recommended for implementation to improve the environmental safety of boilers, protected by copyright patents for utility models.
