Article main objective is the qualitative answer to a question on ways (ways) of maintenance of strategic stability of the state. Such ways are orientation to the account of external factors and parrying of threats at level of national safety, state security and on certainty of peaceful co-existence or success of actions for prevention of threat of the armed aggression. The choice of a way (way) is the first and main step to the decision of this problem that is defined by an essence of the political will expressed by a current mode of the government. Other purpose of article is the estimation of internal security of the state and firmness of its military organisation.
