In the article the author on the basis of research and analysis of the phenomenon of «national interest», as the base category for the concept of «national security», defines national interests of Russia in the sphere of ensuring property security of citizens and organizations. The author proves that the national interests in the sphere of property security of citizens and organizations, in General, include: the necessity of formation and improvement of the state policy of the Russian Federation related to ensuring property security, preservation of national heritage, observance of constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen to the protection of property and property rights, strengthening the moral values of society and the development of legal consciousness of population aimed to respect the property rights of citizens and organizations, as well as the development and effective use of advanced technology systems for the protection and security.
