Abstract (English):
This article reveals the peculiarities of interpretation of the concept of rationality in the framework of integrated theoretical and methodological approaches, the development of Rational Choice Theory, Making Decision Theory, the Theory of Human Development, the Theory of Social Change. It shows the relevance of a trans-disciplinary approach to the understanding of rationality in conditions of uncertainty and risks for global development, in the context of the problems associated with large-scale social transformations and security of person.
