Abstract (English):
Development of the global information society requires an understanding of the history and development of problems of informational security. The article is the first from a position of system approach attempts to explore the historical relationship of technologies of information communication with the emergence of new threats and methods of ensuring information security. The results of the systematization of the stages of development of the problem let the author of the hypothesis about the content of the next stage of information security and essence of new information threats.
Development of the global information society requires an understanding of the history and development of problems of informational security. The article is the first from a position of system approach attempts to explore the historical relationship of technologies of information communication with the emergence of new threats and methods of ensuring information security. The results of the systematization of the stages of development of the problem let the author of the hypothesis about the content of the next stage of information security and essence of new information threats.
