В статье в контексте эволюции технико-технологического прогресса анализируется его нынешний этап, именуемый четвертой индустриальной революцией Industry 4.0 или формированием шестого технологического уклада. Показано, что суть этого этапа - не просто абстрактная цифровая трансформация экономики, но цифровая индустриализация как масштабный план продуцирования и оснащения всех сфер жизнедеятельности современного общества и, прежде всего, производственного сектора новым поколением машин, способным выполнять, замещать интеллектуальные функции человека. Описаны цели и принципы цифровой индустриализации, условия и факторы ее осуществления. Сделан вывод о том, что осуществление цифровой индустриализации Союзного государства Беларуси и России и стран ЕАЭС - основа их национальной безопасности в нынешнем технотронном XXI веке.
The article in the context of the evolution of technical and technological progress analyzes its current stage, called the fourth industrial revolution, Industry 4.0, or the formation of the sixth technological order. It is shown that the essence of this stage is not just an abstract digital transformation of the economy, but digital industrialization as a large-scale plan for producing and equipping all spheres of modern society and, above all, the production sector with a new generation of machines capable of performing and replacing human intellectual functions. The goals and principles of digital industrialization, the conditions and factors for its implementation are described. It was concluded that the implementation of digital industrialization of the Union State of Belarus and Russia and the EEU countries is the basis of their national security in the current 21st century technotronic.
