Причем часть наркотиков застревает среди местного населения. Начинает разрушаться общественная жизнь, повышается уровень самоубийств и опасных заболеваний. Такое положение отражается на экономической безопасности региона и требует создания системы борьбы с распространением наркотиков и организацией криминального бизнеса.

And part of the drug gets stuck among the local population. Public life is beginning to collapse, suicide rates and dangerous diseases are rising. This situation affects the economic security of the region and requires the creation of a system to combat the spread of drugs and the organization of criminal business.
