В статье автор рассматривается присоединение Крыма к Российской Федерации в 2014 году. Исследуются причины разной реакции международного сообщества на присоединения Крыма в 1783 и 2014 году, изучается особенности операции по включению Крыма в состав России в 2014 году. Исследуется статус Крыма в составе и после распада СССР, причины побудившие включить полуостров в состав РФ. Особый акцент автор делает на проблему интеграции и удержания Крыма в составе России. Важное место в статье уделено рассмотрению современного состояния международной политической системы, взаимоотношениям между Россией и государствами Запада, определяющим фактором в которых является информационная война, выявлены ее основные компоненты. Методы исследования: исторический анализ взаимоотношений территории России и Крыма, сравнительный анализ международной реакции на присоединение Крыма к России ١٧٨٣ и ٢٠١٤ годов Основные выводы научного исследования: Крым на протяжении истории являлся угрозой для государств на территории России и Украины, когда не находился под их контролем. Операция по включению Крыма в состав России является первым примером «гибридной войны». Предложены четыре варианта выхода из Крымского кризиса.
The author considers the annexation of Crimea to the Russian Federation in 2014. The reasons for the different reactions of the international community to the annexation of Crimea in 1783 and 2014 are studied, the peculiarities of the operation to include Crimea in Russia in 2014 are studied. The status of Crimea in the composition and after the collapse of the USSR, the reasons for including the Peninsula in the Russian Federation. The emphasis the author makes the problem of integrating and retaining Crimea as part of Russia. An important place in the article is given to the consideration of the current state of the international political system, the relationship between Russia and the Western States, the determining factor in which is the information war, its main components are identified. Research methods: historical analysis of relations between the territory of Russia and Crimea, comparative analysis of the international reaction to the annexation of Crimea to Russia in 1783 and 2014.the Main conclusions of the research: Crimea throughout history was a threat to the States on the territory of Russia and Ukraine, when it was not under their control. Operation on inclusion of the Crimea in structure of Russia is the first example of “hybrid war”. Four options of an exit from the Crimean crisis are offered.
