Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей развития национальных продовольственных систем в условиях глобализации. Доказано, что в современном мире производство, распределение и потребление продуктов питания приобретают интернациональный характер, а международная торговля продовольствием становится острой проблемой внешнеэкономической политики стран с точки зрения продовольственной независимости и экономической безопасности. На основе авторской типологии стран выявлены проблемы интеграции их продовольственных систем в мировой рынок.
Article is devoted to a research of features of development of national food systems in the conditions of globalization. It is proved that in the modern world production, distribution and consumption of food gain international character, and international food trade becomes a burning problem of the external economic policy of the countries from the point of view of food independence and economic security. On the basis of author’s typology of the countries problems of integration of their food systems into the world market are revealed.
