В данной статье мы фокусируем внимание на оценке текущего состояния и перспектив использования основного капитала в капиталоемких и трудоемких отраслях отечественной промышленности. Научное экономическое обоснование данной оценки базируется на основных положениях классической марксистской школы, а также опыте развитых стран в применении статистических показателей и индикаторов в системе долгосрочного планирования и прогнозирования экономической динамики. В статье формулируется альтернативная оценка средств труда с выделением активной и пассивной части основного капитала.
In this article, we focus on assessing the current state and prospects for using fixed capital in the capital-intensive and labor- intensive industries of domestic industry. The scientific economic basis of this assessment is based on the main provisions of the classical Marxist school, as well as the experience of developed countries in the application of statistical indicators and indicators in the system of long-term planning and forecasting of economic dynamics. The article formulates an alternative assessment of the means of labor with the allocation of active and passive parts of fixed capital.
