Рассмотрены подходы к позиционированию постсоветского пространства в контексте проблем внешнеполитической стратегии и национальной безопасности России в современных отечественных международно-политических концепциях. Показано, что российский внешнеполитический дискурс 2000-х гг. эволюционирует в сторону формирования концепций прагматического содержания. Идеи «атлантизма» приобретают более реалистичный характер в форме концепции «либеральной империи». Парадигма «реализма» воплотилась в виде российского «державничества», проявлениями которого стали: идея сохранения status quo на постсоветском пространстве; концепция России как «великой европейской державы»; постулирование «особых отношений» с «ближним зарубежьем». Укрепляются позиции сторонников консервативно-патриотического направления. Растёт популярность и значение концепции «Русского мира». В русле «неоевразийства» формируется концепция возрождения России как «евразийской империи» в форме нового Евразийского союза. На пересечении «державничества» и «неоевразийства» находится концепция «Россия - Пятая Империя». Определённые дополнения внесены в концепцию «Остров Россия». Теоретическое осмысление национальных интересов РФ происходит в рамках концепции «реального суверенитета».
The approaches to the positioning of the post-Soviet space in the context of the problems of foreign policy strategy and national security of Russia in the modern domestic international-political concepts have been considered. It is shown that the Russian foreign policy discourse of the 2000s has evolved in the direction forming the concept of pragmatic content. The ideas of «Atlanticism» have become more realistic appearance in the form of the concept of «the liberal empire». The paradigm of «realism» was embodied in the form of the Russian «Great power nationalism», manifestations of which are: the idea of the status quo in the post-Soviet space; the concept of Russia as a «Great European power»; postulation of a «special relationship» with the «near abroad». The positions of supporters of the conservative-patriotic direction have been strengthened. The popularity and importance of the concept of «Russian world» is growing. In the context of «Neo-Eurasianism» is formed the concept of Russia’s revival as a «Eurasian empire» in the form of a new Eurasian Union. At the intersection of «Great power nationalism» and «Neo-Eurasianism» is located the concept of «Russia - the Fifth Empire». Certain amendments have been introduced to the concept of «the Island of Russia». Theoretical understanding of the national interests of the Russian Federation takes place within the concept of «the real sovereignty».
