В статье исследуются дипломатические, экономические и энергетические интересы и России КНР на Ближнем Востоке. За последние годы наблюдается повышение роли двух стран к этому региону, а продажа оружия, торговля и сотрудничество с арабскими странами Персидского залива имеют сегодня гораздо большее значение для РФ и КНР чем в прошлом. Несмотря на то, что Китай присутствует в регионе сравнительно недавно, но, учитывая различные мегапроекты, рост и влияние КНР на мировой арене, его отношения со странами Ближнем Востоке расширяются. Автором отмечается, что в рамках своих инициатив РФ и КНР имеют схожие и конкурирующие интересы. Это требует от двух стран согласованной позиции по формированию системы коллективной безопасности в регионе Персидского залива, и большей вовлеченности КНР в решение политических проблем региона.
The article analyses the diplomatic, economic and energy interests of China and Russia in the Middle East. In recent years the role the two countries has been increased in this region, and arms sales, trade and cooperation with the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf are very important for the Russian Federation and the PRC today than in the past. Despite the fact that China has a relatively recent presence in the region, given the various mega-projects, the growth and influence of the PRC on the world stage, its relations with the countries of the Middle East are expanding. The author argues that within the framework of their initiatives, Russia and China have similar and competing interests. This requires from the both countries to coordinate position over the formation of a collective security system in the Persian Gulf region, and more engagement of China in solving the political problems of the region.
