The most dangerous manifestation of terrorism in the past two decades, in terms of the consequences of terrorist attacks occurred and a difficulty in the work to prevent them is the use of suicide bombers in the activities of a number of terrorist organizations. The threat of the use of suicide bombers requires fresh approaches to the organization of the work to prevent it from using the full potential of the security services and other agencies involved in the fight against terrorism, both at the national and international levels. An application only enforcement measures to combat this phenomenon, as well as terrorism in general, is not enough. Solving these problems requires a comprehensive approach, one of the components of which is the eradication of the causes contributing to the reproduction of the suicide bombers.
