В статье рассматриваются ключевые изменения в деятельности разведки, произошедшие с окончания Холодной войны. Дается характеристика факторов, которые стоят за указанными изменениями. Определены основные вызовы для современной разведки.

The paper concerns how the intelligence has been changed after the end of Cold War. Key factors of such changes are characterized. Main challenges for modern intelligence are defined.
