В статье актуализированы проблемы восстановительного процесса послевоенной Европы и западных регионов Советского Союза. Показано общее и различие в подходах к управлению восстановлением на институциональном и инфраструктурном уровнях СССР и США. Раскрыта сущность колонизации и американизации западноевропейских государств с началом оккупации в рамках «Плана Маршалла» и до настоящего времени. Раскрыта роль Советского Союза в восстановлении восточноевропейских стран и Восточной Германии. Осуществлен экспресс-анализ зарубежных исследований процесса восстановления и обоснована критика фальсификации истории проблемы европейскими экспертами и учёными.

The article highlights the problems of the reconstruction process in post-war Europe and the western regions of the Soviet Union. The general and different approaches to reconstruction government at the institutional and infrastructural levels of the USSR and the USA are compared. The essence of the colonization and Americanization of Western European states from the beginning of the occupation under the Marshall Plan to the present day is revealed. The role of the Soviet Union in the reconstruction of Eastern European countries and East Germany is revealed. An express analysis of foreign studies of the restoration process has been carried out and criticism of the falsification of the history of the problem by European experts and scientists has been substantiated.
